    1. Great book! Very informative, easy to read, engaging - read it in a day and a half - hard to put down. Perfect choice to start learning about nutrition. Provides a nice overall of nutrition to give you a clear idea and understanding of the relationship between body, health and food. Highly recommend it.

It was and is a very good guide to help you determine what to eat for your body. I had ordered it from the library but think I am going to buy the book as I think it is an excellent reference book.
