    1. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Hold Me, book 3 of 3. Dark & violent tale of high school grad being held captive by ruthless alpha, Julian!“Apparently, a conscience is a useful thing to lack.”Books in the Twist Me Trilogy should be read in order:Book 1: Twist MeBook 2: Keep MeBook 3: Hold MeIn Twist Me, boo 1 and 2 recent high school graduate Nora Leston was kidnapped by heir and arms dealer Julian Esguerra. And, as a result, I now find myself not wanting to leave my house - or bed to be specific - or socialize with anyone - including through the interwebs. Anyway, my whole point [...]

Julian is simply OTT as always and I wouldn't love him as much as I do, if he wasn't. He and Nora go through some tought times (vie [...]

    6. Modern-Day Bonnie & ClydeWith assaults and shoot-outs, this book concludes Nora and Julian's unconventional love story. There was not a boring moment in this book. I devoured it, practically reading it straight through. A surprise pregnancy brings a softer, sweeter, side of Julian to the surface. Meanwhile, Nora struggles to come to terms with their lifestyle and what that will mean for a baby. Action-packed, this book stays true to character. At the same time, 'Hold Me' shows a softer, more [...]

    7. This series is one of the first dark books I've ever read. Actually, I think it was the second dark book I read and it was just at the right time because I discovered an author I loved and a series of books I'll continue to read whenever I feel the need to mentally go back to a time when everything was peaceful and simple in my life.Nora and Julian's story is passionate and inspiring to me, especially as a writer myself, Anna's books have caused bombs in my brains and when I hit the keyboard, I [...]

    8. This is the end of this fantastic series… and I’m sad. Something’s amiss. That’s what happens when you’ve had so much fun and did things out of the ordinary and now, you’re reminded you have to wake up, feed the kids, go to work. I’m no longer in the dangerous jungle with a hot arms dealer and muscled guards, having brutal and raw sex with a god looking hero. Sigh…And cherry on top, it was so enthralling, gripping, raw, thrilling, breathtaking (I had literally to be reminded to b [...]

    9. AhThe endWell, i embraced more drama of the added baby factord the doubts lingering in, both Nora & JulianThere's danger, action, more action and more dramaBut i somehow ended up unraveling the 'what might happen' to the secondary character Lucas Kent and the woman held as a traitor in his captivity after a fallout missionah, that kinda stirred my imagination moreNevertheless, i gulped this trilogy in no time and i bloody liked it!I will be immersing myself into the spin-off series withLucas [...]

    10. 5-JULIAN-SHOULD-BE-MINE-NOT-NORA’S-STARS!!!!Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I’ve finished reading this series already. I’m going to miss this ocassionally uncomfortable yet absolutely captivating series.I am going to miss Julian Esguerra and his delectable body. Lol. I’m going to miss his unpredictable behavior, overwhelimg presence, badass reputation, smart and charismatic personality and his obsession for Nora. Seriously how cool can this guy be?I am going to miss Nora and her stubborn a [...]

    11. 5 dark stars!! This was amazing! An absolutely brilliant end to the trilogy. As ever Julian is all kinds of twisted and he makes no apology for it. His obsession with Nora is super intense and he would do anything to keep her safe. I adored his dark, possessive side. Nora is such a trooper, she goes through a lot in this book and she's grown so much from the girl she was in book 1. I enjoyed this so much I'm going to re-read book 1.

    12. Hold Me is the conclusion of the Twist Me series. I picked up this book just after it was released and pretty much devoured it just to see what happens in the end.Let me start by saying this book was slow. The first 100 pages are about Nora, her nightmares, her PTSD, her (view spoiler)[ unexpected pregnancy(hide spoiler)] and her doubts about Julian's feelings. I found myself yawning after a certain point cause it felt like i was reading a contemporary flick and this was supposed to be dark roma [...]

    13. I was going to read this next but I didn't sleep very well after finishing book 2 and processing everything that could maybe have been from the pizza I had which was pretty rank. I'm not taking any chances though. Update and review 28.01.2016 -turns out it was the pizza. 5 ‘life has no rhyme or reason’ StarsBefore you check out my review note that I've given it 5 stars but this will be a somewhat nit picking review and it's my review so there.Moving on peeps.Initially my first impression of [...]

    14. ***4.75 stars***(so close to 5)First off, if you like Captive in the Dark or Monsters in the Dark, these books are for you!! This series is similar to Monsters in the Dark but still so different in many ways. This book, Hold Me, is the 3rd and final book in the Twist Me trilogy. I won't go into spoiling the first 2 books, but here's a basic backstory.Julian kidnapped Nora and brought her to his private island simply because he "had to have her". As the story goes, Julian wears Nora down until sh [...]

    15. 5 "Living Captivatingly In Love Ever After" Stars for the story and narration!*Please note this is the 3rd and last book in the Twist Me Series, and the below review may contain spoilers for the prior books. If you haven't yet started this fantastic series, please see my review for Twist Me, book 1 in the series. What a fitting conclusion to this addicting dark romance trilogy that tells the tale of a ruthless and powerful arms dealer and his captive! Listening to the progression from solely obse [...]

    16. Man I was on a ride with these 3 books! I enjoyed the books immensely but there were a few things that did bother me.This whole series is by no means a Light read. This is not a story of a Hero who is bad, falling for a heroine who is good and she changes him. Nope, no, not going happen. Julian was a hard Hero to love because he's not a hero. He's a dick from beginning until the end with major issues. I loved that! I really like that the author never changed him and turned him into something he [...]

    17. This is the third and final book in this series and I will miss Julian and Nora. I loved this series and this book was really good. The book starts where book two left off with Nora and Julian recovering in hospital. Nora has come to accept her life on the estate with Julian and continues to flourish as she pursues her art and university degree. She craves Julian and his unpredictable kind of love as much as the air she breathes. This book explores Nora's awakening as a women not just sexually b [...]

    18. I tore through the first books in this series, but this one took me forever to finish. I even stopped in the middle and started reading another, which is something I never do. I just couldn't get into it. I found it to be highly repetitive, redundant to the point where I was sighing and saying, "yes, I know! She loves him, yet she fears him. She hates that she fears him, yet wants him on and on and on." I felt like the main plot point in the book was stretched out too far. What could have been c [...]

    19. Wow. I don't even know what to say. A total wash for me. A heartbreaking disappointment. 2015 seems to be a very bad year for sequels :(I will not be giving away any spoilers. Suffice it to say that between the completely uncharacteristic TSTL moments from both protagonists, the outlandish action sequences that were more unintentionally comical than they were suspenseful, and the totally anti-climactic culmination of Julian's relationship with Nora, this otherwise totally kick-ass, darkly erotic [...]

    20. I have come to the conclusion that Anna Zaries likes to torture her characters as well as her readers. Starting Hold Me, I was finally expecting a happy go lucky story for Julian and Nora as they'd been through so much already. Well, as happy go lucky a captor and captive can be anyway. I was wrong, wrong, wrong. This review may spoil books one and two of the series."I owe my life to the girl I abducted, and I don't quite know how to deal with that." ~ JulianAgain our story starts with a recover [...]

    21. Julian’s POV: “My captive. My wife. My entire world. I will love her to the end of time, and I will never, ever let her go.”Nora’s POV: “My moral compass has been gradually tilting off-course, and I’ve been letting it happen.”This series started as the dark story of an innocent young girl’s abduction. The last book of the series “Hold Me” does not really resemble the first book “Twist Me”. The story is still dark, but in the last book it looks more like a big adventure wi [...]

    22. Awesome conclusion to Julian and Nora’s story. This series is pretty dark, full of action and full of an obsessive love. This author can definitely write.

    23. 3.5 It's over already?! StarsI was so excited and looking forward to the conclusion to Nora and Julian's story, this series has been my absolute favourite since the first book was released. So my expectations were extremely high! In the end I liked the book but it was sort of just left me feeling mehFollowing the tragic ending of the second book, Nora tries to get over her mental trauma and Julian tries best to overcome his physical trauma. Nora begins to doubt her feelings once again and remind [...]

    24. Rating : ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Lead Male Character : Julian ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Lead Female Character : Nora ★ ★ ★ ★ Plotline : ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Genre : Dark Romance *Sigh* So sad the series is over. Nora and Julian's character evolution was great. She started off as a naive college student, while Julian was a cold & dark arms dealer. I loved their unconventional love story.Julian.ohI just loved him. His feelings were so intense for Nora and that's what made me love him even more. ❤ [...]

    25. Couldn't put this series down! I was gritty and sexy and it will make you wish you were kidnapped by a sexy arms dealer. Loved this story.

    26. Well I had to read all 3 books before I can write a review for them. I wasn't sure what to think of Nora and Julian relationship. They didn't meet or should I say coming together through natural ways. She was his captive since he wanted her and didn't want anyone to have her. I understand that but why not date her instead of kidnapping her. Nora knows what Stockholm syndrome is but still falls for Julian. I have to say Julian does grow on me in this book. He shows more of his vulnerable side, op [...]

    27. Nora and Julian's story ends with this installment, and what a ride. There was a lot of drama, but it all felt very believable considering the circumstances. Julian stayed very true to the the character introduced in the first book: ruthless, sadistic, and obsessed. I appreciated that even though his feelings grew for Nora, it didn't cause him to get a personality transplant in the process. Nora's character develops in a very organic way too. If possible I'd give this 4 1/2 stars. Loved this dar [...]
