    1. A YA Mad Max! Fragmented is a great companion to Untamed. Middle books in trilogies can sometimes be let downs but this was a thrill ride that continued to develop the characters in interesting ways as well as the wider dystopian world Dyer has created! I had no idea where the the plot was going to go and Seven continued to be the kind of kick butt YA heroine that I love. I can't wait for the final installment!

    2. Madeline Dyer did it again, I couldn't put the book down! The book had twist and turns and it was a great thrill ride! the ending was unexpected in a good way. I cant wait to read the third book and see what happens next! seriously that ending was amazing!

    3. I don't think I've ever wanted to punch an entire group of people as much as the Zharat. Great job Madeline for giving me someone to loathe as much as Umbridge

    4. Whereas Untamed, Madeline Dyer's debut novel, was a character-driven YA dystopia, the follow-up Fragmented feels more like a drug-induced mind trip -- which is simultaneously frustrating and enthralling for the reader. This book takes place in the immediate aftermath of Untamed, but before long, we're left with protagonist Seven and Corin -- on the run, on their own. They wind up with a band of people named the Zharat, but what starts as a simple case of finding refuge with potential like-minded [...]

    5. *A few spoiler lie beyond this point*DISCLAIMER: I was fortunate enough to be able to beta for Madeline Dyer’s newest book, Fragmented. The book is the second in the Untamed series. I beta read, yes, but I feel that makes me harsher than most. I helped her rip the book to shreds. I didn’t look for comma mistakes, well, I did, but I looked for plot holes (of which there were none) and places where her characters were in different locations suddenly (which happens to us all). At the end of a l [...]

    6. Another wonderfully written book by Madeline. It's one of those books that keeps your heart racing and your eyes peeled in the darkest of night. It's exhilarating, making you want to read more and discover what happened next. The vividness and all the editions makes you feel like you are a part of the book- I even felt like I was going to font. I cannot wait for book three to be released!

    7. Captivating As with the preceding books I have been glued. The story flows nicely and you really get into the characters.

    8. This a great sequel to Untamed. The plot twists were mindblowing at times and upsetting, to me, at times. Fortunately, I trust the author to bring me through this and deliver as she always does.Fragmented is the second in a dystopian story that describes a world divided in two. Both books will keep you on the edge of your seat rooting for the main characters and wishing the villains evil. You won't be able to put it downI promise. Seven is a compelling character and Dyer's style of writing makes [...]

    9. Many series suffer from a weak second novel. But Fragmented is the Empire Strikes Back here, and is even stronger than the first. I was captivated by the world that Dyer created in Untamed: a future where most of humanity live with chemical 'augmenters', and those who refuse the drugs are hunted down. Unlike most dystopias I know, there's this incredible spiritual element: Seven, the protagonist is a seer capable of speaking with them through dreams. The spirits have a massive, sometimes physica [...]

    10. ** I received this book in exchange for an honest review. This in NO WAY affected my opinion of the book or my review of the book. **This is the second installment in the Dystopian Untamed series by author Madeline Dyer. And Boy oh boy, you will not be disappointed! There are so many twists and turns. You start out with Seven and Corin at the battle between the Untamed and the Enhanced. When they come too, it's not pretty. These two characters, have lost so much, and Seven is lost in her grief, [...]

    11. FRAGMENTED by Madeline Dyer is the second in her Untamed series. I read the first for review and was drawn into Seven's world right from the first line. I was excited when Dyer asked me to read the follow up for review, and I wasn't disappointed! We're immediately drawn back into this world that Seven is trying to navigate, a world that is both familiar and yet foreign to both the reader and to Seven. It feels so relevant in 2017--a world of outsiders and groups who are trying to find their place [...]

    12. *I received a free eARC for a honest review*Great great great!!!!Ok so I loved this book a lot more than the first book. The writing is terrific and this was one of those books where I actually had to force myself to go to bed!  The only issue I have with the main character is she is so reliant on other people. What I do in fact like though is the author didn't make a ninja kung fu fighting warrior out of a nobody, but she relies a little too much on the male (Corin) to rescue her. Which I do [...]

    13. This was an exciting, and quite frankly terrifying, portion of this series. The new tribe they encounter and join out of pure desperation turn out to be crazy! I saw that aspect coming but not to the extent. And I feel like the ending of this book took me by surprise. I had my suspicions about one of the final reveals (trying not to give away spoilers) and while I was kind of right, I wasn't and I love when a book can give me a proper surprise. I am excited to read and be thrilled by the next in [...]

    14. I received a copy of this book from the author, Madeline Dyer, in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Madeline! Whoa! Untamed the first book in this series was full of twists and turns. Fragmented, the second book in the series, did not disappoint as the story of the Enchanted and the Untamed continue with Seven. In Fragmented, it starts off with Seven, Ester and Corin after a difficult battle. While, our main character, Seven deals with some interpersonal issues, she decides in is in their [...]

    15. HOLY MOLY! That was fast! Considering that it’s been almost a year and a half since I read the first book, I confess I did wonder how much I would retain. Luckily Dyer doesn’t dither around with recaps and exposition. FRAGMENTED basically picks up right exactly where UNTAMED left off, and drags the reader further and deeper into the fantastic world of Untamed versus Enhanced. Dire threats, terrifying prophecies, an entire group where there once had been so few and betrayal that runs deeper t [...]

    16. I was lucky enough to act as a beta-reader for Fragmented, and from the first page I was once again catapulted into Madelaine Dyer's amazing world of prophetic dreams and shamanic omens in which the last untamed humans live. Continuing from where Untamed left off, this book expands the cast of the first book to include a variety of intriguing new additions, as well as introducing a mysterious community that has managed thus far to evade the Enhanced. The plot is once again fast-paced with many a [...]

    17. The second instalment of the Untamed series certainly took a very dark turn. It's scary the way the horribly misogynistic culture of this other tribe of Untamed was so believable. What a horrifying place to live, more for the attitudes than anything. I felt for the main character much more in this book than in the first. Everything that happens to her is so unfair and I really wanted things to turn around for her. I found myself pleading out loud for things to change and shouting 'no' when thing [...]

    18. Fragmented is book two in the Untamed trilogy, but it isn't just a bridge to the next story. Instead, Fragmented stands on it's own, growing it's characters, their world and the escalating plot. While Dyer provides all the elements you're looking for in an action packed dystopian adventure, I also found her message about women and their rights, to be be very timely. Fragmented and Dyer both have layers that are worth exploring.

    19. I already liked the first book Untamed, but the second book Fragmented blows me away. I couldn't put it away until I was done, leaving me breathless. The author takes you through a dystopian world with the eyes of a young girl, giving you almost no time to rest until she hits you in the end. Can't wait for book 3.

    20. This book was actually a good sequel. It picked up at the end of book one and flowed. You join Seven as she fights to stay untamed and battle her way to protecting all of the untamed with Corin and Esther by her side. So many new elements and characters along with twists were added to keep it from going stale. I can't wait to read book three!!!!!

    21. A really great read! Fast-paced adventure throughout. I thought it was going to be like every other YA dystopian novel that's come down the pike, but Dyer provides an interesting tale that stands apart from the genre. The sequel has just been released, too. Can't wait to pick that up as well.

    22. I found myself rooting for Seven and Corin the whole time, and when the book ended, I still was. She felt like a very real person, and at times, I found myself in the cave with her.

    23. Let me start off by saying that I really enjoyed reading Untamed. I got sucked into the world of Seven and the Untamed that I couldn't wait to get my hands on Fragmented. Sadly, for me, I didn't enjoy Fragmented as much. It was still wonderfully well written, and the overall plot was great, but for me, it had too much topsy turvy type stuff going on that, I just didn't enjoy. I felt like I was on about two hours of sleep every time I tried reading due to the bouncing factor. Thus, making it incr [...]

    24. I was so glad that I could pick up the next book in this series and give it a read. The story picks up from the end of the terrible battle. Seven and Corin, as well as Esther are desperate to find a safe place to be. With a rush of bravery, Seven jumps in feet first and finds what she believes to be that safe space. But is it really safe? The story was engaging, well-written and kept me turning the pages late into the night. I loved it, and am so glad that I already have book three on my Kindle [...]

    25. Don’t ask me why it took so long to finish this book. It was only the last 15 pages or so; plus I all but neglected my ebooks for a while. 😂 Anyways, this book was incredible! Seven, Corin and Esther developed so much and the storyline moved really quick. There were a couple times where I thought I knew what was going to happen but I was wrong. 😂 Thank you Madeline for keeping me on my toes and writing such a great book! Next paycheck I’m getting Divided and read it

    26. Feeling lostAfter enjoying the first book this one was a bit of a leg down. I found the plot confusing. The whole spirit world thing was a bit much and the explanation in the last couple of pages wasn't enough. The war between the untamed and others was enough and easier to understand without the God stuff.

    27. Slow ReadNot what I would normally read. I'm not sure what tribe their supposed to be, or where their from. I only finished it because I was really hoping it would get better.

    28. The second book in the Untamed Series does not disappoint. The action is fast paced, as Seven and Corin continue their fight to remain Untamed, and struggle to work out who they can trust in an ever changing world. I love these characters, and look forward to finding out their fates as the series continues.
