    1. The Blue Parrot (L.A. After Midnight Quartet, book 3)BY Steve Neil JohnsonClutching Hands Book, 2016It’s my 62nd birthday and I just finished reading this book, the third of a promised quartet. 2. After finishing this book I checked the first two in the series hoping to be able to estimate when the next one would be published. And now I feel really exhilarated, agonised, joyful yet heartbroken a [...]

    3. The Blue Parrot is another fine addition to the LA After Midnight Quartet by Steve Neil Johnson; the mystery is solid and complex; the mid-seventies just as much plot as the framing of tough cop, Jim Blake. Readers of this series will not be disappointed as each novel in the series just get better and better!
