    1. Update 2/28/18: 3.5/5RTC!••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Ummmmmm wlw in my all time favorite Shakespeare play?????? I would like to thank everyone who ever made this possible and also I would like to cry for a bit.

    2. I read NOTHING HAPPENED in one sitting. I could not put this book down, every minute of it brought joy to my heart. My summers spent at camp are fond memories, and I was delighted to be able to experience moments of nostalgia as the characters were embarking on their summer adventures. A mechanic that is done well in this book is the varying POVs. The various characters all had their own voices, an aspect that I greatly appreciated. A common issue in multiple POV books stems from the lack of voi [...]

    3. Received an ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This is a fun, cute take on Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. Rumors fly at a summer camp in Maine, the hook-ups, the scheming, the mosquitoseveryone gets caught up in it - even the campers. Could be a great book to read along with Much Ado About Nothing.

    4. Do you, dear reader of this review, know how much I wanted to like this?? Do you know how much?? I was ready to shout this book from the rooftops. I was ready to personally mail a physical copy to everyone I know. I was ready to do some Disney Channel crap and “accidentally” text a picture of the cover to the entire school. I was SO excited to read this. So it was probably one of my biggest book disappointments of 2017 when Nothing Happened turned out to be,,,,,, meh. Before I begin, though, [...]

    5. I received an advanced copy from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.Much Ado About Nothing is my favorite Shakespeare play, so of course I needed to read this modernization. There were many things about this novel that I loved. I loved the diversity, of both character ethnicity and sexuality. I loved the way the characters from the play were adapted into a modern setting. I think the modernized setting at a summer camp was perfect for this story, where rumors run wild and hookups are com [...]

    6. This is the cutest, shippiest, smart-mouthiest book, possibly ever, and I loved every page. Ben and Bee are the greatest -- you half want them to JUST KISS ALREADY, but you also kind of want them to just keep hurling zingers at each other, because it makes for hilarious reading; and Hana and Claudia have such a sweet love story (monkeyed with by a bunch of jerks) that you will definitely get your swoony feels fulfilled while you are waiting (and waiting) for B&B to JUST KISS ALREADY.I adored [...]

    7. I received this book from netgallery for an honest review. I know the book isn’t formatted yet, it says spelling errors, formatting errors, and page errors aren’t suppose to be looked at because it’s a review copy. - I get it. I get lots of arcs and gallery copies for reviews. HOWEVER - they are a lot of other errors. Inconsistencies. For example one minute bee and hana group were 9 years old but 3 chapters before that they had the oldest group of 12 year olds. It was a lot of things like t [...]

    8. 4.5 Stars Thank you to Net Gallery for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. There's a lot to love about this modern-day retelling of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. The characters are the strongest points in the book. They are realistic, funny and vulnerable. Nothing Happened is told from multiple POV's which made it confusing at points, but not unmanageable. The summer camp setting was fun and enjoyable. I was really happy with this one! I can't wait to get a finishe [...]

    9. sooooo. claudio and hero are still a notp even if they’re claudia and hana. it just doesn’t work for me, and while i might hate them a little less in this, I still can’t ship it. which is unfortunate because I was excited for some queer shakespeare. it is unfortunate that it had to be my least favorite shakespearean couple.

    10. Fun! Real characters, slightly contrived to fit Shakespeare but no less contrived than either other fictional plots or the real life contriving of people in love and lust.

    11. I absolutely enjoyed Nothing Happened by Molly Booth. I am a big fan of Shakespeare, especially his comedies. This was a wonderful, modern retelling of Much Ado About Nothing. The tale has so many twists and the suspense of what was going to happen next keeps the reader enthralled. Will Ben and Bee end up together? Will Claudia and Hana? Will those have designed mischief take recourse to correct the problems that they’ve created? It was hard to put the book down waiting for what was going to h [...]

    12. I received an ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This was a pretty cute book. I've never been to sleepaway camp but this book made me feel like I was there in the middle of a hot, fun summer. It felt realistic, compared to stories my friends have of sleepaway camp. I also LOVED the lgbt representation and appreciated it. That said, I think there were too many narrators. It made it hard to connect to the characters. I think it could've been done with just Bee, Ben, and maybe Han [...]

    13. I am sad to say that i’m DNF this one, i had really really hoped to like it. BUT as i kept reading and kept reading I just couldn’t get into the story. i absolutely hated ALL of the characters, once i hate more than one character i’m apt to DNF.
