    1. This book was sadder than the last one. I feel like giving a review on it is going to be really hard because all my thoughts are so spoilery. I’ll do what I can with it though.The book is much more about Olivia and her life than the first one was. The first one was sprinkled with bits while the main focus was on her being a fairy godmother. This one you don’t even meet the person she’s being a fairy godparent to until after page 100.     2. The first book in this series gave me what I was expecting, a light, fluffy, cute fairy retelling, and this book is where that completely changes and not in a good way. In this book it goes from that to somehow Olivia must save the Glimmering and Hum world, and it feels forced and justful. The Little Mermaid story was not enjoyable and the "save the world" story ruined one of the only things I enjoyed about the first, the BFF relationship.
