    1. This is a very engrossing story about a man's life. He fought with the demons outside himself, and those within. His writings - based on his journalistic background - his turn of phrase, and detail, gave the world the most wondrous stories that will live on forever. He deserves to be awarded by Australia for his service to journalism and literature

    2. After all these years, still surprising to find that all your childhood superheros are actually normal but flawed human beings. Great book.
