    1. This is a book of interviews with creators of films in the classic science fiction and fantasy genre. As such, it reads like a collection of magazine articles (which, indeed, it is) and because the focus is so narrow it avoids most mention of anything outside of that genre.As a fan of most types of films from the silent era to today, I consider myself well-versed in the people behind the scenes. However, there a number of "new ones" to me, which tells me that this is probably a book for die-ha [...]
