    1. OH.WORD.This is a cakebook full of achievable drama. If you have made a two layer cake and successfully iced it you will be able to get to the beauties in this book. Some are more complicated than others but with patience and attention to detail you can present a bakery style cake at your next party.There are simple cakes too, like the one showcased below but then there are recipes like the one I can’t wait to try; it is three layers but one layer is marshmallow!     2. While the recipes sound ok and few of them are looking quite interesting, I wasn't a fan of the format of the book. A little bit of "all over the place" for me, what was supposed to be (I can only assume that) an attempt at modern, colorful publication, for me had an opposite effect - too confusing, fonts too much for the eyes, lack of an "easy flow" throughout the book Unfortunately I won't be rushing to bake from it, and it's down to the publisher rather than the author of this cookbook.

    3. This needed more pictures. I really don't like cooking or baking if I don't know what it's suppose to look like. My favourite recipe was the Chubby Bunny, a carrot cake whose name made me want to make it based on that.
