    1. While I believe the author has some very good points, I really struggled with the way this book was written. It was if he never fully established what tense to write in, and that combined with the tone left me annoyed. A lot of repetition, yet still managed to be unclear. Too bad, because I believe that with restructuring, what he has to say could be valuable: respond calmly, know that your children are learning how to deal with life, and it is your job to teach them.
