Though Dr. Amen might know brains, it doesn't seem as if he understands the cost of food for most people.   10. This has a lot of great information on the brain. For me, the nutritional information was not new, I've read other books by them. However, this book had wonderful analogies. Some questions I've written down to ask myself when I need them. Easy to read and makes sense, for the most part.
