    4. This book is a good beginning for those wanting to begin being "mindful". Reading this book was a great reminder to be "mindful" of so many things in my life. It made me stop and think about things before acting or reacting to situations, really appreciate surroundings and events. in other words, be MINDFUL I have read a book previously about mindful eating.
