Once you get past the laboured writing style (a hang-up from Dr Enig's usual report-writing I would wager) and, at times, fervent "sell" of coconut oil and the diet, there is a fascinating book containing research-backed information that is vital to anyone looking at improving their diet and/or addressing health issues.     2. Not a fan of prescriptive diet plans but the first half of the book is good info on the right fats. Coconut oil allllll the way!👍🏼
