    1. Welcome to Victorie City, a city where police is corrupted and a murder can go unnoticed. We are following a detective who joined police to serve people and do good. Will he find the murderer and a lost girl? Even if he is suspended for locking his partner down?A bit of a cliche in this and artwork is so awful that it is unique :) 3.5* and continuing. So far I want to see how this all will end up.
