    1. Difficult book to rate. It is well-written, easy to read, and informative. At the end of the day, I don't recommend reading it, except to those whose interest is educational archaeology. Published in 1986, the book takes the reader on a survey tour of education initiatives that have been tried and abandoned over the years.
