    1. Now Live!* US* UK*Barnes & Noble*Holy sweetness, batman! This book was pure fluff, and I mean that in the best way possible. I will admit to loving my dark and gritty books but sometimes the best books are the ones that have me continuously sighing as I read them. Love Blooms on Main Street was one of those books, and these characters had me swooning almost the whole time. Ivy is the local florist in Briar Creek and one of the sweetest people you could meet. But after the guy she's been crus [...]

    2. 3.5 starsI loved Ivy when I saw her in the previous book, so I was so excited she got her own story.I loved getting to see more of her. Ivy is strong and resilient and I love that she doesn't back down from going after what she wants. Brett is a bit withdrawn due to his job, but it makes sense. And even better, it makes for some awesome tension. There was a bit more of the push and pull than I was hoping for and definitely not enough sweetness. The blow up and break up didn't last too long and ev [...]

    3. Reviewed for herding cats & burning soup.: amzn/2ahzL54Love Blooms on Main Street, indeed. A lovely heroine, a struggling hero, small town frustrations, and finding what you really need and want in life. Splendid! The quick of it is that Brett needed a break from big city medicine and has come back to his small home town to work at a local hospital. It's just a stopping point for him before moving on again. He doesn't need to form connections but the sweet local florist? Being forced to work [...]

    4. I am a sucker for romances that take place in small towns. And this story has an unforgettable kiss. Ivy Birch would love to have more kisses like that from Dr. Brett Hastings. Unfortunately He doesn’t need the added distraction right now. He already made one mistake and cannot afford to make another. When he agrees to work on a fundraiser and Ivy is over the flowers then they are thrown together a lot more than he would like.Hopefully he will discover that love can be a wonderful distraction. [...]

    5. For those times when your looking for a wonderfully sweet, low angst, incredibly romantic small town read, this book is the one you want to grab. This is a new to me author but one I will be reading a lot more of. She has a great writing style, the pace of the story is nice and fluid, and her characters are interesting and memorable. This is the story of Ivy Birch and Brett Hastings. They had one incredible and unforgettable kiss at the wedding of her best friend. Ivy thought it had meant somethi [...]

    6. When I start a new series I never know what to expect but once I was drawn into Briar Creek I started to fall in love with the characters and the town. Love Blooms on Main Street is the fourth book in this fantastically romantic series and I loved every minute of getting to know Ivy and Brett as a couple. Ivy runs a successful flower shop and while all her friends are falling in love she is just waiting for her time to come. After sharing a sweet kiss at her friends wedding she thinks things are [...]

    7. Sometimes you just need a sweet romance novel to escape into. And this one was perfect! Love Blooms on Main Street is book #4 in the Briar Creek series. Although I have not read the previous novels, I never felt like I was missing anything. The author gave a well written story with enough background info on the characters. With that said, now I want to go back and read the first three to get and know more of the town! The setting is a small town where everyone knows each other and the two main c [...]

    8. LOVE BLOOMS ON MAIN STREET is a sweet and enjoyable addition to the Briar Creek series and a reminder about dreaming big.One drawback of small towns is the fact that everyone is up in your business all the time, and Ivy Birch and Brett Hastings know all about it. With a mom who was the town drunk and the resulting gossip, all Ivy ever wanted was to fit in so she successfully hid her health issues, but she's never really let anyone in.Until THE KISS.With her friends getting hitched around her, Iv [...]

    9. Ivy doesn't have a problem stating what her problem is, “I shouldn’t have said that,” she added quickly. “You are smart. But for someone so smart, you are awfully stupid when it comes to women.” I love small town books, I get sucked into them. I liked Brett, but Ivy was the star of the book she was sweet and such a great character.

    10. ARC received for an honest reviewThis is book 4 in the Briar Creek series and while it could be read as a stand alone, why would you want to miss the sweetness that is Briar Creek? What would you do when the guy you have been crushing on since high school kisses you then leaves? And what would you do if he came back to town? This is the dilemma facing Briar Creek florist Ivy.Brett is back in town and making Ivy all a-flutter. But as she tries to get over her lifelong crush, he is not helping the m [...]

    11. This falls under the "it's not you, it's ME" category. I picked this book assuming it'd be a sort of fluffy, light-hearted read with a dash of humour. I didn't expect to be bored silly. Perhaps because I don't get it. A pair of mature man and woman who got hung-up by a kiss throughout the book. They talked about it; agreed on that moment as "nothing" yet still hung-up on it. At least the majority of pages in this book had the main characters on that position. I thought Ivy's crush on Brett as me [...]

    12. I really do enjoy these small town romances and getting to know the many different residents throughout each story. This book was simple and sweet and I like the authors writing but it just seemed to move too slowly for me this time around. It felt like I was waiting forever for Brett and Ivy to finally give into their attraction, even though I didn't really feel that strong of an attraction for a majority of the book. Once things sort of moved forward between them and Brett opened up to Ivy abou [...]

    13. Love this series. Book #4 in the Briar Creek Series. Ivy Birch just wants to be treated like everyone else. She loves working with flowers, and her flower shop on Main Street is her pride and joy. When she see's Brett Hastings at the hospital she's shocked to say the least. The last time she saw him was at the wedding of her best friend. One very hot steamy kiss, and then he left. It crushed her. Now he's back in Briar Creek and working at the hospital. Ivy doesn't know why she can't forget that [...]

    15. Love Blooms on Main Street is the 4th book in the Briar Creek series by Olivia Miles, but can also be read as a stand-alone book as previous characters are explained so you will not miss a beat! Since I started reading the Briar Creek series, I have always looked forward to returning to the lovable and quaint Vermont town, it's alpha heroes, and admirable heroines I've come to adore - Love Blooms on Main Street continued with all those feel good qualities and MORE!First I just want to say that I [...]

    16. My Review:I really enjoyed this book. My only issue with it came early. Ivy is living in a fantasy world. Seven months ago she shared a sizzling kiss with Brett at a wedding. He was the boy she crushed on in high school and now he's a sexy ER doctor. Ever since then (SEVEN MONTHS!?!?OMG) she's waited for him to sweep back into her life and fall desperately in love with hereven though he hasn't even called. I hated that she was so deluded early in this book. That made me lose a lot of respect for [...]

    17. Reviewed at Keeper BookshelfLove Blooms on Main Street is a story full of sweetness yet brings attention to some more serious issues in life. It’s told with care and touches of realistic reasons for why our hero and heroine act and react as they do. Life can be complicated, and it takes all kinds to make this world spin. But just because one is a bit commitment shy doesn’t mean that love can’t come along and change just about everything.Ivy has crushed on Brett for… well, it seems like f [...]

    18. 4th book is my favorite!!This is the fourth book in the series and is by far my favorite! I loved the story line and characters. The only thing negative is I feel the ending was rushed and that she didn't go in depth with the characters as the other books in the series. I felt this book was more about Kara than Ivy. I loved the story and who Ivy ended up with. Olivia is a great writer and this book was a nice addition to the series!!

    19. ***I received this book for free from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review, which was first published on book blog Will Read for Feels.I love a good small-town romance because you get such a range of characters who’ve known each other for such a long time, and more than that, they’re often all up in each other’s business, yet this makes the secrets they keep even dearer. This holds true of Oliv [...]

    20. Florist Ivy Birch is in the business of adding happiness to people's day's, and just once she would like to be on the receiving end of it, just once she'd like a handsome man send her flowers in hopes of earning a special place in her heart. But unfortunately said man just hasn't come along yet that is until she crosses paths with handsome doctor Brett Hastings. She is instantly smitten with him, and begins planning their blissful happily ever after but he doesn't seem to reciprocate the same de [...]

    21. Ivy has had a lot going on in her life she has craved to have the family she never had growing up. When Ivy runs into her high school crush at a wedding and things go right where she wants and then she never hears from Brett after the wedding she wonders if she will ever be able to have her forever family. When she runs into him again months later she wonders if her secrets will keep them apart forever. Brett has been fighting his own demons for some time and one is guilt. He is not happy to hav [...]

    22. *ARC provided by Publisher in exchange for a fair and honest review*Love Blooms On Main Street is a sweet, heartwarming romance about a man and woman who fear letting people in, but for very different reasons. Ivy Birch has spent her whole life being in love with Brett Hastings, only to get her heart broken when the kiss they shared at a wedding nine months ago didn’t mean as much to him as it did to her. Now she’s determined to put the man behind her, which should be easy since he lives in [...]

    23. This is the 4th book in the series by Olivia Miles but the first that I have read of hers. I think Olivia does a good job of creating well developed main characters. I enjoyed learning about both Ivy and Brett’s past history and what made them be who they were in the present day as I felt it really added to the storyline. In, addition to creating well developed characters Olivia also created a great background scenery. The scenery was so well described that you felt like you lived in the quaint [...]

    24. Really wish I could do half stars 'cause this book is a solid 3.5, but I'll round up :) This is the fourth book in the series, but it's only the second one I've read and it's the most recent release. Things that stood out: the female protagonist in this book has diabetes, a serious condition that I haven't really seen portrayed elsewhere. I appreciated getting to know more about daily life with an invisible disease that can have dramatic consequences if mishandled. Also, the author really does a [...]

    25. STARSI like the characters, the town, the pace and drama. Didn't like all the content about eating and taking medicine for diabetes. Yes I was feeling guilty at times reading. Also there are love scenes.Ivy Birch keeps day dreaming about a kiss months before. How Brett will call her or ask for a date. But he never does. Ivy owns her own florist shop. She also kept the secret from almost everyone that she is a diabetic. Ivy is involved with her town and has good friends. Her twin brother and his [...]

    26. First I Want to Say Thank You to Olivia Miles & for this Amazing Book that I Won in a Giveaway! It Was So Good, I Only Wished that I Had Read All of the Books that Came Before this One but this Book Reads Great as a Standalone but it's So Good that You Will Wish You Read the Other Ones Too! This is a Small Town Romance Set in a Small Town Called Briar Creek! It's About a Florist Named Ivy that Has Been Crushing on a Guy Named Brett Since They Were Little but Now that He has Moved Back into [...]

    28. This is book #4 of the Briar Creek. I have read book #3 (Hope Springs on Main Street), too, and loved it. I need to catch up on the first 2 books (Mistletoe on Main Street and A Match Made on Main Street). This book was about Ivy Birch and Dr Brett Hastings. Ivy is a florist. I love that her name is Ivy and she loves flowers! Being a florist, no man has given her flowers and she wishes that with all her heart. Every woman loves flowers (I think). Brett is back in town working at the local hospita [...]

    29. This is the the first time I've read Olivia Miles and I liked her writing style so much that I will continue reading her work. The book is based in a small town with little to no angst and the characters and secondary characters are memorable with a HEA.Ivy Birch is a florist in a small town and her memory of a kiss with a sexy ER doctor at her best friend's wedding is consuming all of her time and interrupting her work. Ivy has a condition known as diabetes that she has kept secret from everyon [...]

    30. I have been a fan of Olivia Miles Briar Creek books from the start, the latest, Love Blooms on Main Street is no exception. Each book in the series has taken on a serious subject and this one is no exception. This installment takes on the very serious subject of diabetes and how one manages a chronic condition over time. The heroine doesn’t want to be treated differently so she hides her condition from everyone, thus reducing her support system when things go wrong. The hero also has baggage o [...]
