    1. This is a quick read of sweet erotic seduction along with two dogs that are so cute you can help but love the book.

    2. As we all know, novellas can be tricky. While I almost never hate them, I rarely love them. But one author that I think does novellas well is Lori Foster. I've been in a bit of a reading slump, so I thought I'd read some of Foster's novellas, and the first one I read was Tailspin. Tailspin was pretty adorable, and I liked a lot of things about this book. What I Liked: The puppies!!!!! Okay, seriously maybe my favorite part of Tailspin were the two adorable chihuahuas, Butch and Tish. They both h [...]

    3. Oh, look, there is my frumpy new neighbor. She is sorta cute, in an uptight way. I bet she’s a virgin. What a turn on. Come over for lunch and let’s go to bed. I am really good, don’t worry. What the heck? Toss credibility right out the window. This uptight new neighbor, who has observed the guy with one woman after another, and who has never even dared, let alone experienced any physical intimacy, is going to hop into bed immediately?Don’t even bother.

    4. Buck is the last bachelor of the group so he gets stuck babysitting his married friends male chihuahua. His prim and proper neighbor Sadie fosters animals and happens to have a very skittish female chihuahua. The two dogs bring Buck and Sadie together. Very enjoyable story. Interesting dynamic of a hunky, out going guy and a virginal reserved but surprising gal.

    5. I read this story in the anthology Hot In Here. I enjoyed it very much. The hero is a more "normal" man than some romance heroes. He is a lumberyard owner rather than a firefighter or EMT or military man. Those occupations automatically say "hero". However, the hero of this story is a normal man and his heroic tendencies are a bit subdued rather than flashy. He still wants to take care of those he loves; he does it without a uniform, though. The heroine rescues abused animals and this story revo [...]

    6. Short, sweet, sexy and still packed with a lot of emotion and love. I read this story ages ago when it was part of an anthology but now that it's reissued on it's own I decided on a reread. And I still loved it. Buck was so hot and Sadie was such a sweetheart. Even though this was just a novella the story was just as satisfying as a full length novel. And my heart just melted reading about the interactions between the humans and the animals in the story. I love stories with pets in them and this [...]

    7. GreatDoesn't everyone want a big, buff, sensitive guy like Buck! Sadie finds love she so deserves. Love the furbabies romance. Just a really feel good romance giving hope to everyone who wants to fall in love. Lori Foster has such a gift to pull readers in, no matter what the journey is.

    8. While I liked Buck in previous Lori Foster books, and wanted to get to know him better - this just didn't do it for me! It's more of a Harlequin romance that you read and forget Great for an afternoon of forgetting real life, but very little meat to sink your teeth into!

    9. Doggone Good! This is a sweet satisfying tail, I mean tale that will leave you with a smile on your face and warm fuzzies in your heart. I loved it!

    10. Cute light, fluffy - aka a pretty excellently done short story. Virginal Virgin trope warnings for those who cringe from that.
