    1. Ghostly IssuesA Harper Harlow Mystery, Book #2Lily Harper Hart5 StarsSynopsis:Harper Harlow has the world at her fingertips, and the weight of the world on her shoulders. Whisper Cove’s resident ghost hunter finds that her professional life is soaring – while her personal life is floundering. She’s on a man diet – and nothing is going to tempt her, or so she swears. Jared Monroe thought ten days away was nothing – until Harper’s anger hit him square in the face, and the heart, upon h [...]

    2. Reviewed by Whitney@Shooting Stars ReviewsIn the second book of the series Harlow thinks that Jared doesn't want her anymore since he didn't call while he was away for ten days. But she doesn't really know the truth and when she finds out, she may decide that he isn't so different from her after all. But when he comes back to town it's to have another dead body crop up, and Harlow can see this ghost again, so this time they must work together to help solve the murder. This one was a lot better t [...]

    3. Initially, I thought there was a childishness to this book that was funny. In the book, Detective Mel uses the expression "it's wonderfully childish" and it seemed appropriate. Like book one it started like a silly, light, quick read that some might enjoy. It should have been a nice easy read with no hiccups or icky moments.Sadly, there is a reference to an incident that is not cute! It occurs between the protagonist Harper and police officer Jared, her intended boyfriend. They meet after a ten- [...]

    4. Although this is not my favorite series by this author, it is still interesting. However, the similarities between this series and The Wicked series are very close. They both have a woman who has 'powers'. Both women are involved with a 'new to the area' man who just so happens to be a police officer. They both have male best friends. Both male friends are man whores, but in a good fun way. Both women own their own businesses. Both still have parents that are around and meddling. etcI guess part [...]

    5. A very good readAgain I could not put the books down my eyes just ate the words up here is still humor and mystery in this lovely ghost book. It has not gone off the rails like some books do where you think ok it's a normal book with a ghost and then gets all crazy. Very good story line where it does not go astray.

    6. I enjoyed getting to know Harper, Zander and Jared even better in this novel. The "laugh out loud" banter between everyone is a definite reason to read this book. Of course, when Harper's gift looks like she can help solve a murder again, I was honestly surprised who was the murderer. I have already downloaded Harper Harlow mystery#3, ready to start reading.

    7. Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books1 star This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.2 stars This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.3 stars This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.4 stars I really [...]

    8. MehToo similar to all her other books. Undecided to give it another chance and was disappointed again. Harper is Bay and Aisling all in one. Every character is the same. Done with the series and won't read anymore books under this pseudonym.

    9. Loved. It It really is a good book romance mystery and suspense all in one book it was real cute in some spots and funny in the next

    10. Loved the books but too much love talking. I don't think real people talk like that it would make everyone sick.

    11. Looooove it!!!!Story starts 2 weeks after the 1st book ended. Jared has been away for 10 days looking after his mum who had a fall. In that time he hasn't once called harper who is fuming. I love her antics and Jared romantic side as he tries to make amends. A teenager body is found and then harper encounters the boy's ghost. What follows is the search of his killer. In between, harper and Sander past are discussed and how certain events has made an impact on them. A lovely read. Eager to read ne [...]

    12. I liked this book alright and it still has some nice characters, but I found it really immature at times, and some parts were just plain out corny. I won't be continuing this series either.

    13. A great second installment! As always, the characters were so entertaining! Harper and Jared make a great couple, but I did like their little bit of drama in the beginning it led to them finally being open with each other. I just love Zander! He is hilarious, and his friendship with Harper is fantastic! It seems rare that books depict true friendships these days (without any romantic feelings) and I find it refreshing. The mystery was great as well, and I was surprised by the killer! I'm normally [...]

    14. Fun caper solvers!A murder mystery with unlikely twist and a talented young lady who sees and talks to the dead. This psychic medium uses her skills to discover clues and help her boyfriend, a recent addition to the town police force apprehend the bad guys. Lots of fun characters who support the psychic and her need to help the newly departed cross into the light. Romantic interludes amongst the characters keep the story line from being too grim. It is an interesting take on "who done its" meets [...]

    15. I enjoyed this second in the Harper Harlow Mystery series. Harper and her best friend are still working with ghosts to help them to the other side, and taking on investigating their deaths in the process. Harper and her police detective boyfriend are continuing to develop their relationship despite his faux pas in not calling her for the 10 days he was taking care of his ill mother. The relationship does seem to overshadow the mystery to some extent, but it was still a fun story.

    16. So cute and funnyThis a mystery novel but what I liked more was the interactions between the characters. Harper and Zander are hilarious and I love their relationship. Jared left for a few weeks and didn't contact Harper, so he has some explaining to do when he gets back in town. A teen boy is found dead and the leads aren't forthcoming. Can Jared make nice with Harper and find a killer? You'll laugh, smile and hold your breath in this tale!

    17. I wasl hoping that this would be better than its predecessor. This writer is just not my style at all. I hate that everyone gets space to talk and the POV is open. And the glossing over part of things does my head in too. Also feels, I want feels! This series is a prime example of a good idea executed poorly.

    18. I bought the first two books together and I regret it. I wasn't impressed by the first one, and the second one got even more annoying. The primary character just behaves so badly, and is so annoying and unlikable throughout, that I couldn't stand her. I was rooting for her romantic interest to dump her.

    19. Too funny. Too romantic. Too perfect!I'm completely head over heels for Zander and Jared. They are too cute and adorable and perfect!! This second book had me smiling from time to time and actually laughing out loud in places. I completely enjoyed the story and looking forward to reading book #3 next.

    20. 2nd in a series, and I think I enjoyed it more than the first, just because the already well rounded characters seemed to come into their own a bit more. Again, good twists in the murder side, and a nice touch with the ghostly presences.

    21. Awesome story! Can't wait for the next. Great add to the series! Keeps getting better and better! The Harper and Jared story continues with being dumb and cute all at the same time! Still a non stop laugh ride!

    22. Very enjoyable book! This is an entertaining story. I did not want to stop reading once I started. The characters are well developed and likeable. This is the second book and I can't wait for the third to become available.

    23. I loved the first book in this series but I didn't like this one as much. There wasn't enough paranormal events and too much romance for me. I going to read book 3 so I haven't given up on this series.

    24. Fun I really enjoy the Harper Harlow series and will be counting the days until May when her new one is released. I'm so used to reading the darker mysteries, that these cozy mysteries are funny and very enjoyable.

    25. I just love the main characters in this series. I know I sorta slammed Ms Hart in my review of the first book in the series, but she does write some funny characters. I could read the banter between Harper and Zander all day long. Looking forward to the next one coming out!

    26. TwistingI really liked this book as well as the first one. It was not the person that you expect and the twist definitely had me in the edge of my seat.

    27. You forget Harper and Jared are adults entering into a relationship. Having flashbacks of high school romance drama. The mystery of who killed a teenager is overshadowed by their romance.

    28. Awesome!!!I love this series. It's light and funny with a touch of supernatural. I hope there are many more adventures for this team
