    1. Are you one of those readers who loves a good thriller? Love the idea of computer espionage? Sure that one day, someone is going to hack the biggest financial institutions, including the world’s stock markets and bring the moneymen to their knees? Do you think that our government has black ops buried so deep that they are virtually untraceable as they do the grunt work, the detective work and even the wet work to bring criminals down? You are going to love Erec Stebbins’ The Anonymous Signal [...]

    2. A very fast-paced exciting story. This could really happen, maybe not on this grand of a scale, but it could happen. I live in the East Bay of San Francisco and I saw when the Anonymous group took over buildings and when they protested in the streets of Oakland. It was scary. This book had the same feel and it was exciting all the way through. I have not read any of this author's previous books, but there were references to characters that were probably in the previous books. It didn't take away [...]

    3. (I received a free copy of this book in exchange for a review).(This review may contain spoilers).Although it's been a little while since I read the previous book in this series, I did find it really easy to pick up the world in this story once more. I found myself quite on edge with the transcripts provided throughout, that made it quite clear that Savas and his team were under suspicion a fact that made me quite angry on their behalf.I liked the opportunity to see Lopez and Sara again. I don't [...]

    4. I received this book as pre-release because I read and enjoyed Extraordinary Retribution by the same author. The book starts out a little confusing. I reread the first chapter just to understand what was going on, but after that the story takes off. We are re-introduced to characters from the author's previous books, the FBI's Intel 1 division and Houston and Lopez. These are great characters; ones you want to cheer for. The author includes 3 different time periods in the book and designates the [...]

    5. I got thos book as a free pre-reader issue through . If I had known it was the middle of a series, I probably would not have entered to win a copy, as books in a series usually have way too many details from the previous issues that you're left to guess about. One of the things I liked about this book is that it was surprisingly scary- at least for a hardcore Personal Freedom Libertarian like myself. It was told in excerpts from court transcripts and flashbacks, and it was frightening to me how [...]

    6. *The Anonymous Signal by Erec Stebbins-Paperback price-1140RSNO FORGIVENESS. NO FORGETTING. EXPECT IT.The global financial system is in chaos. World leaders have been compromised. An unstoppable computer virus eats through the Internet. They are Anonymous. They do not forgive. They do not forget. Expect their signal. This novel is based around the cyber world and how one virus can bring the world to a standstill. When influential Ceo's from several different companies are signalled out and killed [...]

    7. I received this pre-published book to read and review. After reading and thoroughly enjoying Extraordinary Retribution I really wanted to find this as good a read. It's totally different and is basically a good story but I have no comprehensive understanding of computers and how one person can so completely take control of a worldwide system. Probably that will be clarified in the sequel. I was able to enjoy the action and really like the two previous characters, the Priest and the Whore. I woul [...]

    8. Say hello to John Savas and his team for the third time. The journey we embark with them takes us into the dark side of the FBI and the tricks of the trade they have to employ to capture the enemy. This novel is based around the cyber world and how one virus can bring the world to a standstill. When influential Ceo's from several different companies are signalled out and killed John Savas and his team have a race on their hands to not only find the killer but also to stop a worldwide virus affect [...]

    9. The Anonymous signal by Stebbins is a fast-paced thriller with believable characters. Most are not tech-savvy but thankfully one is with the delightful name of Angel. Her character is a no-nonsense girl who can kick ass when needed as well as fight the computer virus which has been released by Fawkes, Guy Fawkes. The rhyme comes into its own towards the end. There is a husband and wife team in the FBI and a broken bone doesn't slow her down. Her husband is Savas who features as the leader in the [...]

    10. I received this book before its release date because I enjoyed reading The Ragnarök Conspiracy.I absolutely loved this book, especially the manner in which the author staged the story. As I read The Anonymous Signal I quickly realized a high ranking member of the FBI seemed to be on trial for crimes against his country. I had no problem with alternating between the actions occurring in court and what had taken place in the field.Little by little we get the complete story. This is a suspense tha [...]

    11. This was a great thriller. It centers around a super hacker who is tired of the way the world, and in particular the US works and decides to totally fix it in a ruthless way. It may seem far fetched, but I sure can see it happening. I liked the pace and felt that the characters were quite believable. And as the story rolled along I began to wonder who the real villains were. It's not good to be ruthless with human lives, but I began to wonder who was more ruthless - the government or the so call [...]

    12. Another great book by Erec Stebbins. I really enjoyed the story line and the narrative with the transcript of the tribunal was an interesting way to convey the action of the story. Looking forward to the next book.
