    2. The sub-title of this book is: "How Judge-made Law Has Transformed America's Constitution, Courts and Culture." This book should be required reading (and discussion) in every Public School in the united States of America ! Any teacher who attempted this would be attacked, tarred and feathered, and run out of the profession by The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Ruth Bader Ginsberg of the Supreme Court. She was the General Counsel of the ACLU from 1973 to 1980, and she served on the ACL [...]

    3. Good at showing that America's founding, and particularly the Constitution, was not non-Christian as many would claim that it was. On the other hand, the book goes far out on a limb to try to prove that the Constitution was explicitly biblical and Christian. There are better analyses available.
