    7. The ELH Diet by Robert Lalonde was one of the most informative books I have read in a very long time. I read the whole book in one sitting. I could not put it down. What he says in the book makes all the sense in the world to me. As a matter of fact, I have a friend that lives with my husband and myself, who is very overweight and has type 2 diabetes.
