    1. I received Ill Fated in return for an honest review as part of the tour hosted by Bewitching Book Tours. It’s been a few months since the end of the last book she’s now dating Mason who happens to be the right guy this time no more jumping into relationships. Someone has taken a hit out on Maurin the best choice is to lock her up for her own protection and let them handle it. After the failed attempt they decide to kidnapped her boyfriend, father and dog. The only option is to team up with h [...]

    2. I was so excited when I got this book. My favorite characters were back and getting into more trouble then its worth. Cash is back and babysitting Maurin as someone wants to kill her. Her hot hunky and most drool worthy boyfriend, Mason is still the head of the STPD. Aiden is still pining for Maurin but has Ryanne. So what does a girl do. Now there is a new threat on Maurin's head and everyone is trying to keep her safe and as we know Maurin will not take things lying down. The fae courts a figh [...]

    3. Great Ending?I think that this out of all the books was the best in the series. Initially i just thought it was crazy to switch love interests for Maurin from Oberon to Aidan and then to Mason. And then sneaking in that Cash had a thing for her. Team too much. I really liked her and Aidan together but think Mason may just be the perfect fit. This story flowed much better than the rest and while there were still so many things going on it was easy to follow along and i think you have followed alon [...]

    4. Exciting and dramaticThis is the best story in the series. I was happy to see Maurin achieve some much needed maturity as she continues the battles of her birthright. Hopefully there will be further adventures.

    5. Maurin Kincaide certainly has led an interesting life–from unloved troubled child to Regulator for the Council (the collective heads of the supernatural community in Salem) and daughter of the Lord of the Wild Hunt–she has been dealt a complicated hand. Now, when things seem to be calming down, Maurin finds herself the object of an assassination order. To complicate matters, it seems the Dark Court is also hunting Maurin, and her father, magic dog, and boyfriend have all disappeared.Maurin m [...]

    6. *I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.*ILL FATED is the fifth book in the Maurin Kincaide series by Rachel Rawlings. In ILL FATED, Maurin is faced with a mystery when all of the Hunt disappears, including her father and her lover. This is a book that will probably not make a lot of sense unless you have read the other books in the series. I recommend starting at the beginning of [...]

    7. I think this is close to the end, thought I don't want it to be. Someone put a price on Maurin's head. Everyone is out to get her. And it's down to the wire. And on top of that, something went wrong because Mason and her dad Awrawn are both missing. No matter what she does, she can't find them, or anyone who knows where they are or what happened. And holy crap. This is a really good one. I cried, so be prepared. This author does not hold back when it comes to killing characters. She does however [...]

    8. Ill Fated was like nothing I had read before and that is a huge compliment. The cast of characters and the plot are all all new and fresh for me. Ill Fated is the 6th book in the series. It can be read as a standalone as I have done, but I felt like I was missing some essential information by not reading the previous books. That said it would not be a hardship reading the whole series if they are all as richly descriptive and action packed as this one.Maurin is a Regulator, she is over an invest [...]

    9. With bated breath I waited. I had to know what would happen to Maurin Kincaide, Cash, Aiden, and Mason. Maurin's life has been far from carefree. Her parents weren't her parents and she never fit in with the normal people she grew up with. Bold and brash, sometimes acting before she thinks. Alright, almost always crashing in with good intentions and dealing with the consequences later, that's our girl. Her cohorts try their best to protect her and offer suggestions, and low and behold our little [...]

    10. Spectacular Series or how I let my house work go cause the books were too goodI read all 5 novels in this series and now I'm not sure what to do with myself. Ah rhaps read them again? If you enjoy some good romance, a tough ass heroine that is flawed, has insecurity issues but loves with all her heart you will find the series so worth it. The plot never lets you down, the storyline takes you to the peaks of anxiety and then takes you higher and higher. I'm just saying don't think you will get mu [...]

    11. GreatThis is a great series I loved this book. Couldn't put it down didn't want it to be finished. There is action, a kick butt main character, of course all the others do too. If you love urban fantasy the you will love this book. So get it and enjoy the.

    12. Great addition to the series!I loved this book just as much as the others. I'm sad to see some if the characters going but feel it just adds to the world the author has created. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

    13. Confused. According to , this is book 5; according to , this is book 6. On a side note, since i consider Wolfsbane more as book 2.5, Ill Fated should actually be book 4.

    14. Couldn't put it down!In just a few days I've read five books of the series. I need more! :) Nonstop I just couldn't put them down

    15. Oh NoI caught up to the writer.w I have to wait for the next one. I have come to care about Maurin and her friends and family. Hard to wait for the next one.
