    1. A fantastic story, with twists that you just don't see coming. The plot is well thought out and planned, a supernatural romance that tells the tale of cursed lovers who meet again and again through history, and betrayal and loyalty in friendships. What lets the book down is the rushed telling. In places it felt as though more time and care could have been given to it. Brian felt like a superfluous character, who didn't really fit into the story and the ending was a little easy.It is still a worth [...]

    2. Night screams is a horror, suspense and love story all rolled into one. Wood takes a fresh approach to Irish Banshee folklore and the creepy moments left a tingle down my spine. I was hooked, always second guessing who Sissy could really trust in her small circle of friends, never knowing until the very end, revealing shocking revelations! Humorous dialogue is sprinkled throughout with some tender moments, only to be swept you off your feet with a bone chilling scene!

    3. This was an intriguing read! I read it in one sitting. With plenty of suspense, it kept me guessing until the end. A few times I got a bit confused with the characters; but I like a challenge and it all ended up coming together. This author is very imaginative and I enjoyed the book as well as her writing style! If you like paranormal romance with plenty of suspense, you will enjoy this. I like the fact that it would also be suitable for teens as there was no language at all.

    4. I really enjoyed reading this. A fine little mystery about, well, you could probably say star-crossed lovers, old souls who meet again in every life to finally love each other the right way. Sometimes I got confused a bit with the characters, and the ending seemed a little too easy, plus I would have liked to know what became of certain characters, but all in all, a good read.
