    1. 4½ STARS. Though not my usual genre, I genuinely enjoyed this story. One of my "musts" in any story is my ability to become involved in at least one of the characters, and I did just that with every one of the major playerseven the very hiss-worthy villains. Ms. Maguire did an excellent job of creating characters who were well defined and believable in their motivations and reactions. Excellent imaginative sci-fi elements and lots and lots of action kept this story moving right along.

    2. A unique page turnerLoved the way the author tackled the issues of enhancement and living in the far reaches of our solar system - I would read a sequel
