    1. I was lucky enough to receive a copy of Chosen Of Azara for review, and I'm happy to report that it was fantastic. An epic fantasy that doesn't bow down to the conventions of the genre, Chosen is set in a warring land where men in power screw things up for everybody else in their quest for yet more power. That's about the only conventional thing about Kyra Halland's book, which also involves time travel, unexpected POV switches and a truly epic scope.Things start off with a young princess married [...]

    2. First and foremost let me begin by stating that I received a free copy of the book from the author in exchange for my honest review. Thank you Please be warned that my review includes spoilers, read at your own risk. I really wanted to give this book 5 stars, however my unanswered questions and rushed storyline decreased it to a 3.5. The story is great one even the romantic plot is one that I enjoy what the book lack was detail and information. The story would have benefit from being written int [...]

    3. Chosen of Azara is another Kyra Halland masterpiece, a fantasy full of sacrifice and tragedy, greed and magic. Sevry is the perfect hero, committed to fulfill his quest to find his aunt’s descendant and reverse the destruction of his land, even as centuries pass and hope grows thin. Lucie at first seems shallow and weak, but once she overcomes her doubts and joins up with Sevry, she loses those qualities and her likability skyrockets. With an unstoppable villain, fabulous plot, vivid scenery, [...]

    4. Firstly, I was lucky enough to win this book in the Library of Erana's Halloween Contest, so thank you to them and to Kyra Halland. Chosen of Azara is a great story, well written and error free, as far as I could tell (which is a very good thing). It is quite fast paced, so much so that it took me by surprise, yet it tells the story it needed to without feeling like there is anything missing.I am glad that I got a chance to read this tale of sacrifice, quest and love spanning nearly four centuri [...]

    5. I wish I could 3.5 because this was a good adventure with well thought out characters. No heavy battles but still based on good v evil. However, I personally lost interest towards the end, as romance took over the plot. Still a good basic all-round fantasy story, and well worth a read. Excellent editing.

    6. I wrote this book, and I really like it. A handsome, haunted stranger, a pretty girl, and a centuries-old tragedy; angst and romance abound! Oh, and some kinda cool time travel :D

    7. A great tale of sword and sorceryNot only is this book great fantasy, but at the same time it's also a fantastic tale of love. I would recommend it to all book lovers everywhere. Enjoy this unputdownable book.

    8. The book was a bit compressed for me. Too much was happening in one book. I liked the concept of time traveling hero and heroines only to meet in the future. It was a bit mind boggling that they were in fact related. The hero was the heroine's grandmother's cousin. @_@It could have been developed more than it was. The H/h's interaction was too fast.
