    1. As having personally been under Ronnie Floyd's leadership I can say the author of this book is the real deal. There's something powerful in knowing the integrity of the man behind the page; the message holds more weight. It's a relatively quick read; starts slower, builds steam, and finishes easy. Genuinely honest, graced with depth, and still wonderfully practical, Floyd effectively crams almost 40 years of ministry wisdom into 10 axioms that every minister should know.

    2. Ronnie Floyd gives an awesome perspective of what many church leaders, ministry leaders, and Pastors, will go through. Through each of the 10 steps are practical issues that are faced and steps to deal with the situations. This book is a definite must have for the information and knowledge and a must keep as a reference for down the road.

    3. What do yo know the book has 10 chapters. It is not that I found this book as particularly profound or useful. But it reminded me of things that I usually think as simple and routine. But it is easy to loose track of spending regular time in prayer, or remembering that we are not what we do. So, 3 stars.

    4. This book is a must read for every minister. It doesn't matter where you serve or at what phase you are in ministry, I highly recommend this book to you.
