    1. This was my least favourite book in the Lang Heart Series. Lettie has had a horrendous first marriage. Her childhood was not much better. A life of no love, touching, hugs or affection is interupted by only her best friend Angelica. Shane Murphy has spent much of his adult life trying to run away from himself. His army career and his first marriage keep him awake with nightmares when the booze no longer helps. With the help of native spirits in the area, they find each other and help each other [...]

    2. Amanda's review posted on Guilty PleasuresI don’t know what it is about an Emma Lang story but I am so glad to read and review the latest in the Heart series. I fell in love with her writing and storytelling after reading the Plum Creek, Devils on Horseback and the new Circle Eight series, so I was happy to read another one. In case you didn’t know Beth Williamson other pen name is Emma Lang. Endless Heart is the third story in the Heart series and it is the story of Lettie Brown finding lov [...]

    3. Really 4.5 StarsLettie isn’t running, but she certainly is hiding. Left abused and broken by her former husband, she tries to push the world away by making herself unappealing and mean. But no amount of pain can warp the person within and, when a beaten stranger appears on the porch of the diner where she works, she can’t help but try to heal the man with wounds so similar to the ones she used to sport. He may smell like rot-gut whisky, and be wearing clothes that have more lice than cloth, [...]

    4. I read this book because Lea told me what a great author Beth Williamson aka Emma Lang is and that I shouldn’t miss out experiencing this. So I said hell yes even though it is a historical and book 3 in a series no less. Usually I try to steer clear of those because I tend to be to put off by the woman of previous times. But thanks to the almighty coffee-bean Lettie is not like those wallflower heroine’s at all.Lettie had a turbulent and violent past which even though she tries to forget sti [...]

    5. As if Lettie Brown didn't have enough disappointment in her life, she finds yet another one when she meets the freight wagon only to have a drifter vomit all over her only pair of shoes. Lovely. You see, Lettie hasn't had a very good life up until she ran away from her evil husband and started a new life in Forestville, Wyoming with sister of her heart, Angeline Hunter. Lettie and Angeline were members of the LDS community, where the males of the community treated the females like property and s [...]

    6. LOVE this book! Well, I love this series, and my favorites are a tie between the first and this one! I liked Angeline and Sam's story, but Eliza was a kickass heroine and with this one, how can you not cheer for both Lettie and Shane?!?!While I admit I wanted to shake one or both of them early on as they were both being so stubborn, it was a great journey with these two people - one who had never really known kindness or acceptance and one who felt like they had failed when given everything, or [...]

    7. I don 19t normally like historical romances, but whatever it is that causes that, this book didn 19t have it. I actually enjoyed this story quite a bit and really didn 19t care what time period it was set in. It felt authentic and really focused on the characters. There was a mystical factor that stays fairly mysterious without ever fully taking the mystery out of it which I liked because there 19s usually a full explanation in most stories which is helpful but sometimes takes the fun out of that [...]

    8. Endless Heart is book 3 in Emma Lang's Heart series. I love a good western/cowboy romance. Lettie Brown seems have had a very rough life until she escapes to Wyoming with her friend Angeline. She's working at the Blue Plate restaurant trying to mind her own business and just get by with a minimal amount of contentment. It all comes crashing down on her when Shane Murphy falls on her feet. Literally on her feet. Shane's been on a 3 week drunk and was beat up and left for dead i guess. Somehow he [...]

    9. I won this Kindle copy in June. I love historical romances. I love cowboy romances. I love this cover. I didn't feel this story and only made it to 46% and I figure if I wasn't connecting by then, it wasn't going to happen for me. Here are my turn offs and frustrations about Endless Heart. I am going to list because what doesn't float my boat, may not bother others. 1. Really hate repeated words. "Loco", "Ornery", "Drawers" (as in underwear) and a few other words were used too frequently. They a [...]

    11. This is the end of the series. Sometimes it's hard to see them end. This book was awesome. Lettie escaped an abusive husand along with Angel. They find themselves in a town, working for a German couple in a restraunt. She never expects to find love or happiness.Shane is down on his luck and deep in a bottle. He has memories of the war and loosing his wife and daughter and he just doesn't care anymore. They first meet when Shane is rolled off a wagon and ends up at Lettie's feet and pukes on her. [...]

    12. This is my first Historical Western/Cowboy book I have read!! I quite enjoyed it. It wasn't in your face Historical like I have read before where the language the characters are of the period, thus making it more accessible. But I highly recommend reading the previous books in the series for two reason, it was said that Shane went to war, as I hadn't read the previous books I wasn't sure if it was the First World War or the American Civil War, I assumed it was the Civil War but I am not sure.I a [...]

    13. This is the 3rd and I think final book in the Heart series. I'd been waiting to read Lettie's story for a while to see who she would come out of the horror she lived through during her life. While I enjoyed the story, it just didn't feel the same as the other 2 books. I'm wondering if the change in publisher is the reason for it too.Shane and Lettie were likable people who deserved redemption and love but I never feel invested in the characters and their struggle to get their HEA. At times I fel [...]

    14. I completely and wholeheatly enjoyed this one by the very talented Emma Lang. The book had so much passion and emotion that I could not read it fast enough to see what happens next. The characters are beautifully written, the background setting was perfect for this read and Emma Lang certainly made this one for me to remember. I am not going to say much more than that for it would spoil this really incredible read,so all I will say is go out and get it now !

    15. Well Beth has done it again and given us a fantastic read. The chemistry between Lettie and Shane is electrifying and the plot had plenty of twists and turns making this a definite must read! Endless Heart is a wonderful conclusion to a marvelous series but then all of Beth Williamson's books are fantastic as I have not read a book of hers that I did not love some more than others non the less you can't go wrong by reading Beth Williamson's books.

    16. Beth Williamson/Emma Lang continues to wow her readers. In Endless Heart, Lettie Brown reluctantly helps nurse Shane Murphy back to help. During that time they develop a loving relationship that neither saw coming. There are a lot of bumps along the way but, with the help and support of friends and others in the Spirit World they find their path. Great read for anyone who loves western romance.

    17. Two seriously wounded people who managed not to chase each other off and with some gumption, help from their friends, and a spirit were able to heal and find happiness. It was a good conclusion to the trilogy. I found a few things slightly farfetched but otherwise an entertaining read.

    18. I loved the first book in this series but after that it went down hill! I could not even finish this book it was so hard to read there was just too much skipping around the story left slot to be desired! I love this author and her other series just don't know what went wrong with this one!!

    19. Bird feathers Interesting, enlightening, anxious, rewarding and lovely. I can imagine these scenes actually happening decades ago. Thank you for an entertaining read.
