    1. More car crash writing from Keith Rawson. You just know that something bad is going to happen in these stories but you just can't stop reading. Addictive, bizarre and always interesting he will have you coming back for more, time and time again. Distills everything down to basics but manages to tell you so much at the same time. Keith Rawson is fast becoming my go-to guy for off kilter, crazy noir and this collection sits right up there with his last, The Chaos We Know. Go buy

    2. 'When you run out of fairy tales and princesses to read to your toddlers, don't make the mistake of picking up Keith Rawson's "Laughing At Dead Men." It's not for children or finicky grandmothers. However, it is a top-notch collection of Rawson's short and often dark tales. These stories take the reader on a journey through an suburban wasteland of drugdealers, shoplifters, Russian mobsters, tough nuts, ex-cons, your average surburban retard, moms getting fat sitting on their butts all day while [...]

    3. Rawson has a seriously twisted mind. This was a very large collection that covers a wide variety of topics. I don't want tot all about any of the stories because I do not want to spoil them for you, the reader. I am curious as to where he came up with the ideas for some of these tales. I enjoyed each and every one of them and will be picking up his other Short Story collection THE CHAOS WE KNOW in the very near future. Highly recommended for those who are interested in Dark and Twisted (did I me [...]

    4. Keith Rawson has a warped imagination, which is a good thing. He's also funny a lot of the time. But after reading this collection, you won't want just a shower -- you'll be asking somebody to blast the filth off you with a firehose. Also, though the stories are on target for the most part, the collection badly needs another round of line editing. I'm not normally one to kvetch about typos, but the number of errors here was a drawback.
