    1. I'm the 2nd person to have borrowed this book from the library I have cooked the Moroccan Lamb with couscous - Delish! Will definitely be marinading lamb in the same way on many occassions :)I have cooked the vichysoisse soup - I now have a go-to recipe if the leek in the pantry is looking a little lacklustre ;)Alas I had to return it to the library :(I might have considered buying this over COOK with Jamie back in the day even though I don't watch Masterchef

    2. A very useful book for all hobby chefs, lots of info about more unusual ingredients and what to do with them !

    3. I was very pleased to pick up this huge encyclopedia for £5! I'm even lower on the scale than an amateur cook so there was plenty of helpful sections to answer my questions and show me the basics.
