    1. This book tells what a firefighter does in an emergency from beginning to end. It also has fun firefighting facts throughout the book that I learned something from, as well. I like that the fact supplement a larger story that is being told, rather than the whole book just being listed facts. There are also resources in the back of the book that provide students with the opportunity to learn more. Children love learning about firefighters so I think this book would be a huge hit.     2. would i buy this for my library's collection, absolutely. would i ever elect to read it in a story time, no way. this is the kind of thing that certain children will drool over and exasperated parents of said children will appreciate finding on your shelves. get me?

    3. A great picture book telling all about being a firefighter. My 3 year old boy LOVES this book. Great information too!
