    1. Probably nothing that I didn't already know, but it's nice to have all the information consolidated - everything from choosing the right bed, through setting up a relaxing atmosphere and routine to dietary and health recommendations. I guess time will tell how well it all works!

    2. Just finished this in a vain attempt to get a better night's sleep. Most of it is stuff your mother told you and common sense (i.e. get a decent mattress and don't drink coffee before bedtime). Nothing revolutionary.
