Iqbal Wahhab should be credited as co author.I wanted to like this, not being able to afford the restaurant !An attempt to drag Indian cuisine into fine dining where to the rich it had been.But what a disappointment.All the aspects of the awful Nouvelle Cuisine with an Asian theme.It's simply pretentious plate decoration.
