    1. Jeopardy just let me know that Isla Fisher wrote a book years ago! I must read this at some point, even though it sounds terrible.

    2. I remember reading this book as a teenager and liking it so I reread it when I found it on the bookshelf this week. I laugh at some of it now but I can understand why it appealed to me at that age. Was nice to revisit it.

    3. Oh, Isla Fisher. I had such a crush on her when she was on Home and Away that of course I had to read her books! And they were terrible! The sort of trash I read to death at that age, but somehow worse? I never even read the second one because this one was so bad. xD And of course possibly autobiographical in parts not sure if that made it better or worse?

    4. Fluffy and somewhat dated teen romance about an aspiring actress co-written by (then) nineteen-year-old soap star Isla Fisher and her mother. This one reminds me of the old Dolly Fiction and Sweet Dreams romance novels that were popular in the early 1990s.
