Robert Friedman is (was?) an American journalist writing for The Villega eVoice, who previously wrote a book about the infamous American-Israeli far right politician Rabbi Meir Kahane. "Zealots for Zion" is based on years of journaistic work on the topic of Israeli politics and, particularly, Jewish American support for Israel, in particual Likud and further right forces within Israel.
